APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES

Pursuant to Article 79.7 of the Customs Law, based on the decision of the meeting of the Professional Council dated December 11, 2015, ORDER:

1. Approve “Procedure for implementation of the customs clearance procedure for the permanent export of goods” in accordance with Annex 1;

     “Procedure for implementing the customs clearance procedure for temporary export of goods” in accordance with Annex 2;

     “Procedure for implementation of customs clearance procedures for processing goods abroad” in accordance with Annex 3;

     “Procedure for Implementing Customs Clearance Procedures for Return of Goods Abroad” in accordance with Annex 4.

2. To instruct the Customs Control and Clearance Department /B.Batgerel/ to organize the implementation of this order and provide guidance to the relevant customs offices and committees.

3. To enter the newly approved customs clearance procedure code into the CAIS classification database / Information Technology Center / Sh. Assign to Batzayaat.

4. In connection with the issuance of this order, orders No. 677 of 2008, 363 of 2009, 254 of 2011, A / 106, A / 189 and A / 285 of 2015 of the Director General of the General Department of Customs and Taxation shall be considered invalid.

Customs Clearance Procedures for Return of Goods Abroad Goods specified in Article 133 of the Customs Law shall be declared to the Customs of Mongolia according to this customs clearance procedure approved by Annex 4 of the Order A / 41 of Head of the General Department of Customs and Taxation 2016- Goods imported in accordance with the procedures set forth in Articles 85, 93 and 99 of the Customs Law may be returned through a port other than the one originally imported and Also,Goods to be placed under the deportation procedure may be exported to a country other than where they were originally imported Active Measure Goods
