Approval of veterinary certificate model and instructions

Fee

 To obtain a permit, an international veterinary export and import certificate fee of MNT 12,500 shall be paid to the Treasury Account No. 100900019039. / In the transaction value: Company name, RD, Phone number /

Time to be spent

/ unit, low value / 1-2 working days

/ unit, high value / 3-5 working days

Validity period

The permit is valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

1

Veterinary Laboratory report and veterinary certificate of animals, their raw materials and products;

Information on the type, quantity, quantity, processing status of livestock, their raw materials and products (semi-processed, raw, frozen, fish, fresh, etc.), packaging, labeling, and safety;

Sale and purchase agreement, gift agreement, and similar documents of the applicant;

Documents and documents (international veterinary certificate) certifying that the veterinary authority of the exporting country meets the requirements for animal health, product quality, and safety, and if necessary, the conclusion of the veterinary laboratory;

If the applicant is a legal entity, a state registration certificate; if a citizen, a copy of an ID card;

The applicant shall be obliged to transport raw materials and products of animal origin, type of vehicle, route, name, and time of the port;

The applicant is required to transport livestock, animals, their raw materials and products, type of vehicle, route, name, and date of the border crossing ;

If the applicant is a legal entity, a copy of the state registration certificate and ID card;

Information on the type, quantity, processing status (semi-processed, raw, frozen, chilled, fresh, etc.), packaging, labeling, and safety of livestock and their raw materials and products ;

Sale and purchase agreement, gift agreement, and similar documents of the applicant;

Processing plant number, name, address, and location ;

Evidence that the processing plant has introduced good agricultural, hygiene, and production practices;

Invoice, Packing list

Evidence of compliance with the terms and requirements agreed upon by the veterinary authorities of the two countries;

Process Steps

Step1  

The responsible specialist shall verify the completeness of the documents required for the issuance of an international veterinary certificate. When the documents are complete:

The GAGV Clerk will check

Step3

Head of the General Department will assign to Head of Unit r or a Specialist

Step4

The specialist will develop a project and present it to the head of the unit and the head of the General Veterinary Department

Step5

It is stamped on an international veterinary certificate and stamped by the Director-General

Step6

The certificate will be issued to business entities

 

NOTE:

1. Veterinary certificate shall have a unified code, confidentiality, name, or code of the issuer, and a unique number in accordance with MNS 5641: 2006 standard.

2.Unless otherwise provided in the agreement between the two countries, the international veterinary certificate for the export of livestock and animal products shall be written in English and Mongolian, and the international veterinary certificate for import shall be written in Mongolian.
