Permission to collect abundant plants from the local area specified in Article 13.3 of the Law on Natural Plants,

Permission to collect rare plants issued by the State Central Administrative Body

Plant harvesting agreement with the Governor;

The act of rehabilitating the area where the plant was harvested by a ranger and the conditions under which it was created

The assessment of the environmental inspector that the plants have been prepared in the quantities approved for use in accordance with the collection procedure

|
Receipt of payment for use of natural plants in the soum tax account
|
9
|
Conclusion of a business entity engaged in drug preparation and services on the conversion of rare plants into medicinal products
|

|
Export of processed pignolia meat:
- Agreement with soum governor;
- Certificate for use of non-timber forest resources;
- Receipt of payment of 800 MNT per 1 kg in accordance with the Order No. 125 of the Minister of Environment and Tourism of 2012;
- Agreement with the buyer or recipient

Process Steps
Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Environment and Tourism along with all required documents
|
Step 2
|
The Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism will review the request.
|
Step 3
|
If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit.

Note:
1. It is prohibited to export unprocessed non-timber forest products
