Approval and enforcement of technical regulations on imported alcohol

Based on Article 5.6 of the Law on Combating Alcoholism, the ORDER is as follows: 1. To approve the technical regulation of imported alcohol as attached.

2. To oblige producers, traders and service providers to import alcoholic beverages that fully meet the specifications and requirements set forth in this technical regulation, and to enforce them from May 1, 2016.

3. In connection with the issuance of this order, Order No. 162 of the Minister of Industry and Trade dated November 21, 2005 shall be considered invalid.
