Step 1	The Applicant submits the required documents
Step 2	Inspector inspect the documents submitted
Step 3	Carry out the inspections of the animals, plants, products and means of transport used for exporting the products.
Step 4	If no violations are found during the inspection; The state inspector of veterinary and phytosanitary control shall certify the export certificate and transfer it to the customs control
