Copy of business entity certificate

Copy of hazardous waste collection and recycling license (excluding generators)

Detailed environmental impact assessment report certified by the state central administrative body in charge of nature and environment as hazardous waste generators

Application specified in Annex VA to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Waste

Accurately transported waste in accordance with Annex VB of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements and Disposal of Waste in English

Photographs of hazardous waste for export (clearly indicated on the packaging and label)

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Environment and Tourism along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism will review the request.

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for export of hazardous waste.
