For the operating facility:

a / location and cadastral map of the place where hazardous waste transportation, collection, storage, recycling and disposal activities have been carried out or are being carried out in the future;

b / design of the facility, photos of the places where waste transportation, collection, storage, recycling and disposal activities are carried out and the place where such activities will be carried out in the future;

c / introduction and capacity of hazardous waste transportation, collection, storage, recycling and disposal activities;

d / list and code of waste to be collected, stored, recycled and disposed of;

e / amount of hazardous waste collected, stored, recycled and destroyed annually;

f / maps of buildings, business entities, organizations, apartments, ger districts, roads, entrances, exits, pipelines, control and drinking water wells, and surface water within the boundaries of the facility and within a radius of 1,500 meters from the border. The map marked above.

g / results of soil, water and air analysis of accredited laboratories.

General description and introduction of the facility

For transportation and collection activities:

a / description and instructions for use of the following safety equipment:

-line to contact the local police and emergency services for emergency calls;

- fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing equipment (special fire extinguishing equipment such as foam, inert gas, dry chemicals, etc.);

- equipment to limit the flow of spilled liquid, detoxification equipment and substances;

b / plan to monitor the following activities:

• operation of vehicles and process equipment;

• operation of safety equipment and alarm systems;

• buildings, ditches, reservoirs, etc.

Information on technologies, techniques, equipment and infrastructure used for the following purposes:

- to catch and reduce spills and losses;

- rainwater drainage and flood protection;

- cleaning of pipelines;

- reduce equipment damage and electrical impact;

- protect employees from exposure;

- reduction of air emissions.

Explanation of measures to prevent hazards from flammable, reactive and incompatible wastes

Indoor traffic maps, traffic signs, signals, pavement and load capacity;

Information on the location of the facility;

The following information about groundwater:

a) the results of groundwater monitoring prior to the implementation of the project for new facilities and the results of groundwater monitoring at the time of requesting a permit for existing facilities;

b) depth of groundwater detection and direction of groundwater;

c) location of proposed points for groundwater monitoring boreholes;

d) groundwater monitoring plan and monitoring parameters;

Copies of professional diplomas and certificates of engineers and technicians and participation in training.

Information on compliance with the requirements set forth in the “Procedure for temporary storage, collection, transportation, recycling, disposal, registration and reporting of hazardous waste”

Waste transport consignment note specified in Annex VB of the Basel Convention;

1. results of laboratory analysis of hazardous waste;

2. Photographs of hazardous waste for export (clearly indicated on the packaging and label).

Process Steps

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Environment and Tourism along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism reviews the application 

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for Transit of Hazardous Waste.
