Documents and conclusions confirming the import of alcohol samples by border customs inspection / conclusion of the Central Customs Laboratory of the General Customs Office or official letter with test results.

Samples of imported alcohol that were pre-analyzed by the Specialized Inspection Agency, sanitary conditions and health conclusions that were issued by the State Administrative Body in charge of specialized inspections for type of alcohol / Official letter of the GASI Export, Import and Border Quarantine Inspection and a copy of the state inspector's conclusion.

Certificate from the General Customs Office stating that no violation has been committed / whether the violation has been registered in the customs database

Official letter from the General Department of Taxation/ Opinion and reference of the tax administration

A copy of the contract for the purchase of alcohol and the permission to export the alcohol

Proposal of the police / Official number of the Capital City Police or the police departments of the respective aimag

Receipt of state stamp duty payment

A copy of the certificate of conformity

Evidence of good practices, controls and management systems for imported food

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of food, agrilculture and light industry along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of food, agrilculture and light industry reviews the application 

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for importing Alcohol
