Step 1

The Applicant submits the import Declaration with required documents

Step 2

Inspector inspect and register import declarations and the accompanying documents

Step 3

Carry out veterinary and phytosanitary inspections and inspections of imported animals, plants and products and vehicles transporting them

If no violations are found during the inspection;

samples of animals, plants and products shall be taken in accordance with the standards and subjected to laboratory analysis at the Specialized Inspection Service at the border checkpoint

If the laboratory tests are Satisfactory;

state inspector shall issue a veterinary and plant quarantine import certificate

NOTE

1.  In case of detection of quarantine items in animals, plants and products crossing the state border, the vehicles transporting them shall be sterilized and disinfected in accordance with Article 16 of the Law on Quarantine Inspection of Animals, Plants and their raw materials and products

2. In case of quarantine and restrictions at the state border, sterilization and disinfection measures shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant instructions for combating highly contagious animal diseases, infectious diseases and plant quarantine species.
