Customs clearance regime for transshipment of goods | Permit Requirement | Customs General Administration | This regime applies to foreign goods that shall be transferred from vehicle arrived to vehicle to be departed. Customs stamps check marks “Under customs control” in declaration and “Approved by customs of Mongolia” in shipment document. | This customs clearance regime is approved by Annex 3 to Resolution #679 of the Chairman of the Customs General Administration of 2008 based on Article 79.7 of Law on Customs. Note: - Goods to be declared under this regime should be goods that will be loaded to other vehicle without transferring through the customs territory. - Customs clearance code is 900. - Unloading from vehicles entered to Mongolia and loading to other vehicle should be finished within 3 working days in the customs control zone since its arrival.
