Procedure for sampling, storage and transportation of products
Summary
The purpose of this procedure is to regulate the relations between the specialized inspection agency and the inspected entity on taking samples of products, their storage, transportation, payment of samples and payment of test fees during the inspection

APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE
According to the Article 24.2 of the Law on Government of Mongolia and Article 55.3 of the Law on State Inspection, ORDERS to:
- Approve “Procedure for sampling, storage and transportation of products” in accordance with Annex 1, “Act of product sampling” in accordance with Annex 2, “Laboratory sampling record” in accordance with Annex 3, and “List of samples with state inspector’s conclusion” in accordance with Annex 4.
- To instruct R.Sodkhuu, Director of the General Agency for Specialized Inspection, to monitor the implementation of this order.
