APPROVAL OF SERVICE FEES

Based on Article 26.1 and 26.2 of the Customs Law of Mongolia and the conclusion submitted by the official letter No. 2/2334 of the Ministry of Justice dated June 18, 2013, the ORDER is as follows:

     1. To approve the “Service fee amount” in accordance with Annex 1 and the “Test fee amount of customs central and branch laboratories” in accordance with Annex 2.

     2. To instruct the Deputy Chairman /Ts.Uugangerel/ to monitor the implementation of this order.

    3. Orders No. 673 of 2008, No. 181 of 2009, No. 361 of 2009, No. 402 of 2010, No. 293 of 2011 and No. A / 83 of 2013 of the Chairman of the Customs General Administration shall be considered invalid.
