APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 232.2 of the Customs Law and the decision of the meeting of the Professional Council of the Customs General Administration dated November 23, 2016, the ORDER is as follows:

    1. To approve the “Procedure for implementation of the TIR Convention and inspection on goods and vehicles with TIR carnets” in accordance with Annex.

     2. The Customs Inspection and Control Department /E.Munkhuu/ shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the order.

     3. Order No. 319 of 2003 of the Chairman of the Customs General Administration shall be terminated based on approval of this order.

     4. This order shall come into force on January 2, 2017
