APPROVAL OF INSTRUCTION

Based on Article 232.2 of the Customs Law and the decision of the meeting of the Professional Council of the Customs General Administration dated November 23, 2016, the ORDER is as follows:

   1. To approve “Instructions for identifying and classifying complete or incomplete passenger cars and passenger car bodies” in accordance with Annex.

   2. To oblige the directors of customs offices and committees to apply the instructions to the customs inspection and clearance activities.

   3. To instruct Deputy Chairman Yo.Bat-Erdene to monitor the implementation of the order.

   4. Order No.2 of 2006 of the Chairman of the Customs General Administration shall be considered as terminated based on approval of this order.
