The two sides discussed strengthening the strategic partnership between Mongolia and India and expanding cooperation in politics, trade, economy, mining, heavy industry, transportation, agriculture, education, culture and information technology.

The two sides exchanged views on intensifying the oil refinery project and starting the export of mining products, and the two sides agreed to arrange a test shipment of coal samples from the Tavan Tolgoi deposit to India.

In the field of information technology, the Indian side will continue to support the establishment of an AB Vajpayee outsourcing center in Ulaanbaatar and the training of personnel.

We discussed the planned visits in 2021 to mark the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries this year, and announced a postage stamp issued by Mongol Post for the anniversary.

The two sides also expressed their desire to preserve and strengthen the tradition of bilateral relations and cooperation at the level of the United Nations, international and other regional organizations. Mongolia has also announced its decision to join the International Solar Union, based in New Delhi.
