Submits the proposed legal entity name online (www.burtgel.gov.mn/service) to get confirmed by the General Authority of State Registration (if applicable) | Pays the fee for Confirmation page at Golomt Bank | The founder or an accredited person (with ID) visits the Authority in person and receives a name confirmation page | Submit the applications with the required documents to the General Authority of State Registration | Collect the state registration Certificate.
Registration of
Organic Food
Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Light Industry
Submits the application with all required documents electronically to the database | Shall receive a registration number for the imported goods | Shall place the registration number received at the bottom of the label indicating that the product is organic on the packaging label. | Release it for public consumption.
Import
Authority Application

Submits a request to the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry along with all required documents | Collect the permit to Import food
Inspection
